The project will take place in four stages (between 15 June-15 November 2009):
- PHASE I – completion of ground floor walls, columns and concrete slab (wood beams, plank)
- PHASE II – loft structure (wood) and completion of the roof
- PHASE III – external finishing of the loft (OSB/insulation, polystyrene, rendering, painting) and ground floor (polystyrene, rendering, painting) and finishing the interior of the ground floor (2 rooms, hall, kitchen, bathroom)
- PHASE IV – Utilities (hydrophore, septic tank, central heating and radiators)
